  5.        the $25.00 license fee and I agree to and accept the terms and

  8.        The SkyBase 2000.0 SkyChart program and documentation are protected
  9.        under the copyright laws of the United States.  The Runtime module is
  10.        copyrighted by Microsoft Corporation.  All rights are reserved.  A
  11.        single user is licensed to use this program on only one computer, at a
  12.        time.

  14.        SkyBase 2000.0 SkyChart is licensed to the user under the "shareware"
  15.        concept.  Non-registered users are granted a limited license to use
  16.        SkyBase 2000.0 SkyChart on a trial basis.  A user is authorized to
  17.        make copies and distribute the program, freely, as long as no
  18.        copyright or license notices are removed; all documentation is
  19.        included; and no fee, compensation, or other charge is accepted or
  20.        requested.  SkyBase 2000.0 SkyChart may be posted on electronic
  21.        bulletin board systems for downloading by their users, providing the
  22.        above conditions are met.  All commercial rights are reserved by the
  23.        author.
